We provide mobile and workshop automotive services, including mechanical repairs, tyre sales & fitting, detailing, electrical diagnostics, home/recovery services, and performance/engine tuning across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be made online, via WhatsApp, phone, or at our branches.
• Pricing will be communicated before service. Payment options include cash, card, and local instalment services (e.g., Tabby, Tamara).

3. Deliverables & Timing

• We commit to trained technicians, suitable tools, and quality spare parts.
• Estimated service durations will be provided; actual time may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity.

4. Warranty & Liability

• Workmanship is covered under a service warranty (e.g. alignment, tyre fitting) – refer to your invoice for details.
• We are not liable for pre‑existing issues outside the scope of our service or for damages from misuse or lack of regular maintenance.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and presence of required documents (e.g. registration).
• Follow any safety instructions provided during mobile service.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds or rescheduling will follow the policies communicated at booking.

7. Intellectual Property

• The website content is owned or licensed by Lezof. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Any dispute should be resolved through local courts or arbitration bodies as applicable.

9. Amendments

We may update Terms as needed. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.
